We follow a slow fashion approach, where each garment is crafted only after an order is placed. This allows us to focus on quality, reduce waste, and honour the craftsmanship behind every piece.

Orders are usually delivered within 7–10 business days from the date of purchase. This timeline reflects the time required to design, stitch, finish, and thoroughly quality-check your garment before it reaches you. A flat shipping fee of ₹280 is applied and clearly shown at checkout for complete transparency.

Return & Exchange Policy

At 26 Notting Hill, every garment is created exclusively on order. We work on a made-to-order basis to avoid excess production and ensure each piece is crafted with care, precision, and attention to detail, just for you.

As each order is individually produced, refunds are not offered once a purchase is confirmed.

That said, we’re always here to help if something isn’t quite right.

Exchange Guidelines

Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
Exchanges are considered only for sizing concerns or verified manufacturing issues.
Orders placed with custom measurements or personalised design requests are not eligible for exchange.

Items That Cannot Be Exchanged

Garments that show signs of wear, washing, or damage after delivery.
Any custom or made-to-measure pieces.
Discounted or promotional purchases, which are final sale.

Requesting an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please email zara.26nottinghill@gmail.com with your order number, a brief explanation, and clear images if relevant.

Our team will review your request and get back to you within 2–3 working days.

If approved, we’ll share the next steps. Return shipping will need to be arranged by the customer.

Alteration Support

In many cases, minor fit adjustments can be resolved through alterations. If you need assistance, reach out to us, we’ll be happy to guide you.
